“ Newly opened, but by the quality of our meal, they will be open for many years to come. Where else in the North Country can you find homemade corned beef hash? Delicious! I had the Hasbrown Skillet (with a side order of hash) topped with over easy eggs. I had to take half of it home with me, very filling, and so good! Right now this establishment is cash only, but luckily they have an ATM inside (2.75 fee) and are next door to DFCU (good for us locals). Despite being busy (they just opened a few days ago) the service was excellent and reminded me of the days when the Homestead was open here, many years ago. With the long standing history of the building and the many happy memories I have of eating here as a child (when it ran as the Homestead) I am very happy to see this place has finally fallen into the right hands, congrats Penny! We will be back again soon, and can't wait to try everything on the menu! ”
